- All vouchers must be booked in advance. Reservations are subject to availability, please check the validity of your voucher before making your booking online. When completing your reservation, please add the unique voucher reference to the special note section.
- Vouchers cannot be used on Jewish holidays or promotional days such as Valentine's Day, Mother's/Father’s Day and New Year's Eve.
- Vouchers must be presented by the bearer on arrival (printed copy or via smartphone).
- All vouchers are valid for 4 months from the date of sale, unless otherwise stated on limited edition vouchers. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the stated 4-month validity period.
- Menu prices are subject to seasonal change.
- Vouchers can only be used in full. Purchases made are not refundable in cash and the full monetary value must be used by the given expiration date.
